1. A candidate applies for a job through his or her specific industry's Community, powered by www.greenindustryhub.com.
2. If the employer decides to take a candidate to the next step, the applicant is asked to come back to the Community to take one or more assessments as directed by the employer.
3. Results are forwarded to the employer for review as part of the application package.

Standard assessments a candidate might be asked to take: Sales Skill Assessment, Leadership Style, or How Innovative Are You? Experts in the industry might develop skill assessments for particular jobs, as well.
